Beat It Or Meet It Guarantee

1. Overview

The “Beat It or Meet It” Guarantee offered by iDream Travel (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) applies to cruise and vacation packages booked through iDream Travel. This guarantee is designed to provide clients (“you” or “client”) with peace of mind that you are receiving a competitive price on your vacation.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Guarantee:

  • The booking must be made directly through iDream Travel.

  • The offer must be for the same cruise or vacation package, including dates, cabin type, ship, and inclusions.

  • The competitor price must be verifiable at the time of the request.

3. Guarantee Terms

  • If you find a lower publicly available price for the same vacation package from another authorized seller, iDream Travel will match that price.

  • If the price cannot be matched, we will work with you to find a greater or equivalent offer.

  • This Guarantee applies to price only; it does not include loyalty points, onboard credits, upgrades, or other promotions offered by competitors unless explicitly included in your iDreamTravel package.

4. Exclusions

The Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Private or unpublished rates

  • Promotional codes or membership discounts (e.g., AAA, military, senior)

  • Packages booked through auction or bidding sites

  • Pricing errors or “flash sales” that are temporary and not publicly advertised

5. Claim Process

To submit a claim under the Guarantee:

  1. Contact us using our "Contact Us" Form and include the following:

    • The competitor’s offer link or documentation

    • Contact information

    • Booking dates and any other applicable information

  2. iDreamTravel will verify the offer and respond within 48 hours.

6. Modifications and Limitations

  • iDream Travel reserves the right to modify or terminate this Guarantee at any time.

  • iDream Travel’s decision regarding eligibility and price matching is final.

  • This Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the client named on the booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • iDream Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Guarantee.

  • This Guarantee does not replace travel insurance; clients are responsible for securing appropriate coverage for their trip.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
