Rates: Rates are based on availability and subject to change until booked. Once booked, services are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.

Names:  A valid Canadian Passport is required to travel outside of Canada with at least 6 months validity past the anticipated date of return. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records. You acknowledge any failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing you to miss flight(s), and subsequent scheduled travel. 

WHEN YOU RECEIVE ANY AND ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW AND VERIFY ALL INFORMATION FOR ACCURACY. CONTACT iDream Travel IMMEDIATELY IF CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED.

Name/Information Corrections/Changes: Changes to any reservations due to client error may result in additional change fees or penalties. iDream Travel will not be held responsible for errors not reported by you, the client. 

Where and when available, $50.00 + HST per change plus any supplier change fees (subject to supplier terms and conditions)

Individual Entry & Exit Requirements: Each country holds different views of past criminal offences, whether within or outside of their boundaries. If you have a current or prior criminal offence, contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements and seek legal counsel from a licensed attorney familiar with the immigration laws of the destination country. iDream Travel bares no responsibility for denied entry or cost associated included unused portions of the trip.

Booking of Flights: Flights booked without any other travel bookings (e.g. a cruise) are subject to a $75 + HST per person service fee.

Cancellation Fees: In recognition that travel agents do not get paid for their hard work unless the client travels, iDream Travel has implemented the following cancellation fees:

• All-inclusive trips cancelled will result in a $150 + HST cancellation fee to be charged with the credit card on file.
• Cruise trips cancelled that have a refundable deposit and are cancelled BEFORE final payment will have a choice:

a) Rebook an equal or greater value cruise within 30 days with no additional fee or

b) Cancel for refund which will be subject to the $150 + HST cancellation fee per cabin

• Cruise trips cancelled that have a non-refundable deposit or are cancelled AFTER final payment will be subject to the $150 + HST per cabin cancellation fee.

Travel Protection & Out-of-Country Medical Insurance: We strongly recommend looking at a travel protection plan, that may provide coverage in the event you need to change or cancel your travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances, or if you need emergency assistance during your travel.
