TRIP PRICING

Price quotes for your trip are applicable to the date and time when they are requested. This pricing may fluctuate due to your change of plans and/or foreign exchange rates. No reservations are made and are subject to availability until time of booking. Inventory and rates are always changing. Quoted prices are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. You are responsible to ensure payments are made by all payment deadlines to secure quotes rate. 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You acknowledge that iDream Travel acts as a middle-person between you and carriers, hotels, tour operators and other service/product providers selected by you. These suppliers are owned and operated independently, and we do not set, nor control the suppliers’ terms and conditions, cancellation, or changes. Therefore, per these terms of service, iDream Travel shall not be liable and assumes no risk for the obligations, or any default or negligence, of third-party providers and for any damages including, among other things, damages due to delay, cancellation, loss of goods, sickness, injury, accident, quality of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, acts of God or force majeure and may not look to iDream Travel or Nexion Canada for any losses or claims resulting in injury or harm resulting from travel services provided by our third-party suppliers.. 

By booking with the supplier, you have acknowledged and accepted the supplier’s terms and conditions.

Client Changes/Cancellations: Any changes and/or cancellations by you will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the supplier and will be subject to cancellation change fees payable to iDream Travel. No changes will be made without written consent.

Fees: In recognition that travel agents do not get paid for their hard work unless the client travels, iDream Travel has implemented the following fees that will be automatically charged to the credit card on file:

1. Cruise trips cancelled that have a refundable deposit and are cancelled BEFORE final payment will have a choice:

a) Rebook an equal or greater value cruise within 30 days with no additional fee OR

b) Cancel for refund which will be subject to the $150 + HST cancellation fee per cabin

2. Cruise trips cancelled that have a non-refundable deposit or are cancelled AFTER final payment will be subject to the $150 + HST per cabin cancellation fee. 

3. All-inclusive trips cancelled will result in a $150 + HST cancellation fee to be charged with the credit card on file.

Booking of Flights: Flights booked without any other travel bookings (e.g. a cruise) are subject to a $75 + HST per person service fee.

Booking Modification: All booking modifications (on an existing booking), including new dates, ship, resort are subject to a $50 + HST per person change fee. 

Name & Birthdate Changes: Corrections to names or birthdates as a result of the failure of the traveller to provide the exact information as on passports, are subject to a $75+ HST per person change fee in addition to any change fees assessed by the tour operator or airlines.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

A valid Canadian Passport is required to travel outside of Canada with at least 6 months validity past the anticipated date of return. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records. You acknowledge any failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing you to miss flight(s), and subsequent scheduled travel. 

Individual Entry & Exit Requirements: Each country holds different views of past criminal offences, whether within or outside of their boundaries. If you have a current or prior criminal offence, contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements and seek legal counsel from a licensed attorney familiar with the immigration laws of the destination country. iDream Travel bears no responsibility for denied entry or cost associated included unused portions of the trip. WHEN YOU RECEIVE ANY AND ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW AND VERIFY ALL INFORMATION FOR ACCURACY. CONTACT iDream Travel IMMEDIATELY IF CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Your travel plans carry cancellation and change penalties of up to 100% of your trip cost. We strongly recommend you purchase travel protection to provide cancellation and interruption coverage as well as emergency medical expenses, emergency medical transportation, lost or damaged baggage, and more. It is your responsibility to read and familiarize yourself with the details of your travel protection policy coverage. Your questions above coverage should be directed to the travel insurance company.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

iDream Travel will not be responsible for any physical or mental injury or loss (including property stolen, lost, or damaged) arising in connection with a client's participation in a iDream Travel vacation, however caused. The client acknowledges and agrees that iDream Travel or Nexion Canada, its directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors, assigns, and independent contractors, shall not be liable or responsible for any claims, costs, damages, expenses, injuries or losses resulting from any Act of God, an act of war or terrorism, government or civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, weather disaster, curtailment of transportation facilities, strike, lockout, delays, lost baggage or any other occurrence beyond its control that may lead to procedures imposed by the carriers, or any other unforeseen incident or circumstances.
